Shiatsu: 
treatment of symptoms by applying pressure with the fingers to specific pressure points on the body.

Kneading: 
Kneading is part of the Swedish massage tradition and involves the grasping and lifting of tissue. It is performed with the palms first pressing down on muscle tissue and then lifting it with the fingers in a rhythmic, churning, action. It is great for sore muscles that are aching from overwork, like the ones in the legs and shoulders.

Tapping: 
This is very effective to remove stiffness and promote blood circulation.

Knocking: 
This mode is when the masseur repeats short and smooth knocks on ur back, which helps improve blood circulation on your back and is very refreshing.

Various combinations: 
You can choose to variety of combination, which practically allows for every combination for different parts of your body, e.g.

The auto programs are:
- Whole: Press this button once to start whole body massage to relax the whole body
- Night Time: Press this button once to enter night time massage for which the chair uses soft massage technique, making this option very favorable for those who are very exhausted and needs a rest.
- Neck & Shoulder: Press this button once to enter an all-rounder auto massage program for neck and shoulder.
- Weightless: Press this button once and the chair will be adjusted to the weightless zero gravity position automatically and start auto weighless massage to relax the whole body:
- Stretching: Press button to enter a full body massage combined with back, waist and leg stretching. Press the button once to go into men stretch mode, while pressing the button twice will go to women stretch mode. 
- Pelvis Swing: Press this button once to go into swing function for pelvis and waist.

HEATING FOR WAIST, LEGS AND ANKLE

Heating helps relaxes the muscle, improves blood circulation, and provides the best sensation especially during winter time. This function can be turned on / off from the console. Wollex is currently the only chair that provides heating to both waist AND ankle!
